The Importance of Salah in Islam

Salah (prayer) is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, representing a Muslim's direct communication with Allah (SWT). It is a spiritual foundation that structures the day and provides continuous opportunities for guidance, forgiveness, and gratitude.

The Five Daily Prayers

Muslims perform five obligatory prayers at specific times throughout the day, which are determined by the position of the sun:

  • Fajr: The dawn prayer, performed before sunrise.
  • Dhuhr: The noon prayer, performed after the sun has passed its zenith.
  • Asr: The afternoon prayer, performed late in the afternoon.
  • Maghrib: The sunset prayer, performed just after sunset.
  • Isha: The night prayer, performed after twilight has disappeared.

Our Calculation Method
